Will Vivek Oberoi Prince a Hit??

Vivek Oberoi has been unlucky whenever he has expected the most from a film. He found his first big opportunity after 'Company ' when Subhash Ghai signed him to play the title role in 'Kisna ' with turned out to be the biggest flop of the Showman 's career and a no show for Vivek too. Recently he was seen in Dharma Production 's 'Kurbaan ' with Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. He won critical acclaim for his performance, but the film proved to be a failure at the box office and Vivek received another setback. He is now desperately depending on 'Prince – Its Showtime ', a film produced by Tips on a very ambitious scale. The film is an action packed thriller with loads of special effects. Directed by Kookie Gulati, the film will hit the screens in the first quarter of 2010. Will this film turn Vivek into a 'Prince ', is the big question

Naseeruddin Shah did 'Bolo Raam' for free

Murder mystery releasing on New Year’s Eve

Murder mysteries have almost become dormant in Bollywood but attempting the same is debutant director Rakesh Chaturvedi with "Bolo Raam", releasing on New Year's Eve.

Produced by Goldy Bhutani of Shree Keshav Films, "Bolo Raam" features stalwarts like Naseeruddin Shah and Om Puri who are coming together after "Maharathi".

Chaturvedi has himself scripted the film, which is the launch vehicle of actor Rishi Bhutani.

Padmini Kolhapure makes a comeback on big screen with the movie after her long sabbatical. The thriller also stars Rajpal Yadav and Govind Namdeo in pivotal roles.

"The movie is looking good and one can't tell that it has been made by a first time director. Rishi is a full package with a good body, acting and talent," Om Puri has been quoted as saying.

The story revolves around a boy named Raam who is charged with the murder of his mother, Archana. Raam falls into a state of shock and brief psychotic disorder after his mother's death and becomes silent. He refuses to talk or react.

The story unfolds as the investigating officer, Indrajeet Singh Rathi, much to his frustration is puzzled and unable to make Raam speak. He then consults a psychiatrist called Negi to find out the cause of Raam's state of mind and the reason for his silence.

The movie progresses as he interrogates various people to dig out information about Raam. Every possible motive that Raam might have for murdering his mother is explored.

It has been reported that Naseer did the movie free of cost because he thought it would be an injustice to the script and the role if any commercial angle was introduced.

Katrina Kaif smitten by ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson

Katrina Kaif is so impressed with "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson that she can't stop thinking about him. And if all goes well, she'll be meeting him during her annual holiday with her family in London.

"You don't understand. This is like an obsession for me. I can't get Robert Pattinson out of my head...I've never felt this way about any man before," Katrina, who has given hits like "Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani" and "De Dana Dan" this year, told IANS.

"I went and bought all the four books - 'Twilight', 'New Moon', 'Eclipse' and 'Breaking Dawn'. I couldn't put them down. I've been racing through the adventures of the hottest vampire Edward Cullen for the last one week. I finished reading three of the 'Twilight' books in less than four days. Now I'm into the fourth. I just can't get enough of him," she said.

The actress now plans to meet Pattinson, who plays Edward Cullen in the "Twilight" series. Her representatives are in touch with the latest Hollywood heartthrob.

"Obviously I can't stand under his window to get his attention. So yes, the meeting has to be more formal. He says he's single, but I don't believe him. That's what they all say," she said.

The actor had recently denied dating co-star Kristen Stewart.
