Jesse James to Wed Kat Von D REAL Soon

The engagement of Jesse James and Kat Von D surprised many. If reports that they are tying the knot within a month are true, that should do the same.

"Jesse and Kat don't see any reason why they should wait to trade vows," a source said. "They are madly in love and want to make everything official."

According to the source, Jesse James and Kat Von D have already started planning their wedding, which will be small and happen outside of California.

Don't expect an over-the-top Hollywood wedding for the twosome, which should come as no surprise considering their unexpected whirlwind relationship.

The two became a couple in September, shortly after his divorce from Sandra Bullock, who he informed prior to going public with his engagement to Kat.

The divorce - James' third - with Bullock happened after he was caught cheating on Sandra with many women, most notably Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.

Hopefully the fourth time's the charm.

Well that was fast! Less than a year after his divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized, Jesse James has popped the question to his on/off girlfriend, Kat Von D. Congratulations to the happy couple!  According to People Magazine, James said that;

“You know sometimes the public and press gets it wrong. This is one of those times. 2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend. An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs.

“I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place every day. My love for her is beyond description. So honoured that she said ‘yes.’ Growing old with her is going to be a f***in’ blast!”

In response, Kat said that;

 ”There is no one else for me. He’s the one.”

Hmmmm, I wonder if we’ll get to see how this wedding plays out on Kat’s reality show? I bet they’ll get tattoo rings:-)

Kat Von D And Jesse James Are "Just Friends"

After dating speculation started today, Kat Von D's rep released a statement saying that she and Jesse James are not dating.

"They did have dinner, but they are just friends,"

Her rep says they've known each other for a while because of their reality shows being on TLC.

"They've always remained good friends," says her rep. "There is no romance there with Jesse."

"just good friends catching up. She's been seen holding hands with friends before."

According to People, the two friends spent the day together on Sunday, as well, and were holding hands again.

On Sunday, the two visited Bodies … The Exhibition at the Luxor Hotel and Casino, where they continued to hold hands. The two discreetly toured the exhibit together, but James continued into another gallery, avoiding the cameras as a staff member asked the LA Ink star to take a picture.

Maybe they are just close friends who don't think twice about their pda being misconstrued? They are both grown adults who are single, so really it doesn't matter one way or the other, does it? (imnotobsessed)

Kat Von D's Lolita Lipstick: I Don Bought It

Honestly, I know little about Kat Von D -- never seen her show, I have no tattoos nor do I particularly care about them, and I don't usually go out of my way to embrace celebrity beauty lines just because they're celeb beauty lines. And truthfully, I need a new lipstick like Sarah Palin needs another kid. But I popped into Sephora last night (after seeing the cutest musical (13 -- think Breakfast Club meets Mean Girls with a Jewish Neil Patrick Harris-y Jr. lead), and I tried on Kat Von D's Painted Love lipstick in "Lolita." $18 later, my lips are a gorgeous dusty rose (not the color shown above -- couldn't find a pic of "Lolita").

Even though it's a light rose/ mauve shade, the lipstick itself is a very noticable, very thick, warm, full-coverage, matte. Think industrial-strength stay-on coverage. Perfect for winter and downplaying glamma drama eyes. Also, the packaging is phenomzorz -- a beautiful Lucite base and a rubberized cap with rose imagery.

Kat Von D's Painted Love lipsticks only come in four total shades, and Lolita's the lightest. Based on their thickness, I couldn't imagine wearing any of the darker shades without my lips looking like a stop light, but more power to you if you can pull it off. These are the thickness, and I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a strong, sturdy, stay-put lipstick. Available only at Sephora, which, at this point, I visit more frequently than my local supermarket.
