Lily Allen has set a date for her wedding!!! Wonderful!

The 25-year-old singer and fiance Sam Cooper have booked a church in Central England for June 11. A source told The Daily Mirror newspaper:

“Lily doesn’t want a huge showbiz wedding, she’s simply not into all that any more. “She and Sam are really happy and will marry near their Cotswolds home.”

Lily Allen (have you seen her engagement ring) has mentioned in the past how she just wants to live a quiet life in the countryside. Perhaps this will be the start of her dreams coming true.

Lily Allen has announced that she is engaged to boyfriend Sam Cooper. He proposed to her on a beach in Bali on Christmas Day. Wow – talk about a perfect setting. The Daily Mail is reporting that the pair were watching the sunset on the balcony of their suite at Amankila.

“Lily was telling everyone that she and Sam had just got engaged – they could not keep the smiles off their faces. It couldn’t have been more romantic. The resort is just so peaceful and picturesque.”

Sounds magical.

This has been a rough year for Lily.  Not only did she miscarry, but she was hospitalized for a blood poisoning. Thankfully, her sister previously said that Lily is ready to try again for another child.

She’s six months pregnant, but that didn’t stop Lily Allen from joining her pal Professor Green onstage in London last night (October 19).

The “Smile” songstress, who announced a five-year break from music earlier this year, was all too happy to go back on her word and do a little song-and-dance action for a duet on “Just Be Good To Green.”

Lily donned some snazzy maternity attire for the gig, including a metallic empire-line dress and leopard print cardigan.

But the most impressive part of Ms. Allen’s getup were her towering platform heels, though she didn’t seem impeded by her preggers state. (Hollywood Gossip)

Lily Allen 'expecting baby boy'

Lily Allen is expecting a baby boy, according to sources.

The singer, who announced her pregnancy last month, has reportedly revealed the sex of her child to friends.

A source told The Sun: "Lily said she found out from a scan she is having a boy. She is really excited and can't wait to give birth. She is always asking other mums about their pregnancies."

The 25-year-old is four months down the line with her and boyfriend Sam Cooper's first child. (taheena)

Singer Lily Allen is pregnant with the boyfriend Sam Cooper’s child and the couple looked quite happy about it, as they have been dating for a year now.

As HuffingtonPost reported,”The couple is very happy to confirm that Lily is expecting their first child.”

As Allen told Sun that she was three months pregnant and “absolutely delighted.” Lily already had a miscarriage in 2008. Allen will continue with her performances like a gig at England’s Big Chill festival on Sunday. (showstalker.net)

Back in the day, Lily had said there was nothing she wanted more than having kids.

Lily Allen as a Modern-Day Rainbow Brite

Minus the shoes, which seem like a necessity since Glastonbury's apparently the muddiest place on earth next to George Bush's brain, I love Lily Allen's fun rainbow one-piece. I have no clue who it's by, but it looks it vintage. And with the exception of her pointlessly pink hair, I love the whole outfit.

Not all rainbow items deserve love, though. Example:

BatShit For Lashes

I actually think Bat For Lashes (nee Natasha Khan... she's a British singer-songwriter, who, to me, is a hybrid of Bjork and Goldfrapp) -- is a gorgeous girl. She looks like Lily Allen crossed with my friend Amelia. Anyway, here she was at the Brit Awards, and while I love the pink heels, that dress is doing nada for her. But, of greater concern is the Aladdin Sane make-up. I'm all for red carpet riskage, but this one's just... I don't know. I almost want to like it, but then I think better of it and reconsider. Because... Just... Eek! Why? Gah.

A VEHEMENT NO! To Mary-Kate's Lennon Glasses! An ADAMANT YES to Lily Allen's Wayfarers!

PLEASE, whatever you do, do NOT take a cue from Mary-Kate (Olsen, that is, NOT to be confused with Mary-Kate HOPKINSON!) and go out and buy yourself some Lennon glasses, like the ones she's shown here wearing at Sundance. (And holla at Binger JP -- Chicago JP for those of you keeping track -- for standing next to Ashley. And yes, I realize how lame that just sounded -- shouting out someone for merely STANDING in the presence of someone whose claim to fame was appearing on Full House, but whatever.) And do you really want to be seen in the same sunglasses as Howard Stern? They're detestable. In fact, I think they're probably my least favorite fashion accessory EVER. Not even if you smoke an eighth of wizard a day should you let that be an excuse to wear these terrible things. Truly, it'd be more advisable to stare directly into the sun and burn out your retinas. At least that way, you could blame your lack of taste on your blindness.
