Skipping out on the red carpet, Megan Fox was among the stars partaking in Spike TV's Scream 2010 Awards in Los Angeles, California on Saturday night (October 16).
Held at The Greek Theatre, the "Jennifer's Body" babe tended to presenter duties - as she awarded the Best Villain trophy to her "Passion Play" co-star Michelle Rourke during the pre-taped ceremony.

Megan Fox has clarified past comments she made stating that she got a tattoo on her ribcage in honour of Mickey Rourke.
The actress previously described Rourke as a "beautiful, wonderful human being" and said that she chose the marking to celebrate her feelings for her Passion Play co-star.
Speaking to MTV News, Fox denied rumours sparked by the admission which suggested that she had been having an affair with Rourke.
"It turned into, even though I was in love with [husband] Brian [Austin Green], it turned into that I was secretly in love with Mickey Rourke and got a tattoo to release the angst," she recalled.
"It was not about that. I have a tattoo that is a Nietzsche quote that sort of basically is about marching to the beat of your own drummer and not being afraid to do that. I was saying that it reminds me of Mickey, of course, because he clearly is not marching to anyone else's drummer, drumbeat, and that's all."
